Catalyst Development Group specializes in creating and implementing a vision for property it owns and will acquire. We serve in an advisory position to public agencies and developers or will acquire property depending on the circumstances and the needs of the community.  We use our human and financial resources to move ideas through feasibility analysis, governmental approval, financing arrangements, and marketing and sale of property.  We will evaluate financing proposals from developers to understand where subsidies are and are not warranted, and wherever possible we'll pull together elements of municipal finance (land-secured bonds, tax increment financing and federal/state grants) to derive the most efficient financial structure for the project. We secure funding through public and private partnerships for site preparation, infrastructure as well as general economic and community development.  We have performed these strategies for both rural and urban areas.  Our professionals specialize in evaluating the potential development niches that will help a community grow and develop.
